The looks from the outside make you not want to enter but Inside the establishment is nice. I ordered the hibachi vegetable and 2 spring rolls. The food tastes really good. The carrots were sweet as if they were cooked in some sort of sugar. The wait staff was nice and professional.

The food was okay. I visited the establishment after a family member's recommendation. I was a bit surprised when I looked over the menu and didn't see a great deal of options for vegans and vegetarians. I ordered a few dishes that included vegetables and rice. No fried tofu :(
The rice was okay. The vegetables, to say it was a Japanese restaurant/ take out, was a bit soggy for my taste. It didn't have the crisp taste I was used to with vegetables from other Japanese restaurants. It tasted as it was overcooked.
On a lighter note, the staff was friendly. -

My family and I have been regular customers since this place opened. Tonight, they added a dollar to my bill at the register because "they have a new credit card machine." All establishments have charges from credit card companies. It is wrong and illegal to change the price at the register. We will not be returning.

For the location and the price, the combination is superlative enough to give it at least a 3 star rating. However, the extra 2 to make this a 5 star rating is due to how delicious the food was. It was surprisingly authentic flavor and the continue flavor in all dishes the family bought had no complaints upon any of it.

I love the servers; they are sweet, and fun to socialize with, the owner gives military discounts, free yum yum sauce, and the zucchini is never over cooked. I don't like the carrots, they taste canned. I love the chicken and steak bowls for kids, it's large, convenient, and filling! Ambiance & cleanliness are 5 stars! I go for the sushi.
